The idea is to sensitize participants to a few “ethical-ologies” and the power of ethics in an interdependent and performance driven corporate realm for wealth creation. There is a big difference between what you have a right to do and what is right to do.

The key focus is to tune in to the “commitment model”, in which an individual values and exhibits ethical behavior for its own sake. Meaning: “Even if the world were to end at midnight, thus eliminating all possibility of penalty for detection, this individual would not be motivated to go against the ethical values.”
